Designed as an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) , this post and beam structure is a contemporary take on mid-century modern architecture. The one bedroom, one bath ADU was designed to maximize its 800 square feet, with an open plan living space. Large windows and natural materials throughout exemplify Headland's warm modern aesthetic.
